A very unpleasant condition is that of genital warts. The genital warts are the result of having contracted the HPV virus. - Laser therapy: using a very string light to burn of the wart (very expensive, only usually used when nothing else works)
Topical treatments that you can use at home such as creams include imiquimod and podofilox. Creams destroy the tissue of the wart. General purpose wart creams should not be used as this can easily damage and irritate the sensitive skin of the genital area.
